We are seeking a Cleaning Professional with excellent cleaning standards to care for all areas of the property—someone talented, passionate about their work, proactive, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve guest satisfaction. Housekeeping plays a key role in each guest’s “home-away-from-home” experience every day, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay.
As a Cleaning Professional at White Socks, you will play an integral role in the cleanliness and functionality of our vacation rental properties. You will perform cleaning tasks such as maintaining the property entrance, floors, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, furniture, rugs, windows, fans, walls, and trash removal—ensuring each property is spotless and inviting, creating an unforgettable first impression for guests.
Overview
The Cleaning Professional is responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and keeping the entire property in optimal condition using our specially selected eco-friendly cleaning products and the most effective and efficient techniques. This includes, among other tasks, cleaning the kitchen area (appliances/dishes), common areas, bathrooms, bedrooms, closets, furniture, décor, windows, balconies, floors, changing and washing sheets and towels, trash removal, restocking supplies, creating special touches, and placing special amenities. You must maintain the confidentiality of any information you access, whether intentionally or unintentionally. Identify and report damage. Notify management of any concerns that may affect the quality or performance of the cleaning service.

Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation.
- Background check (Certificate of Good Conduct).

- Availability to work during the week, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of areas/conditions and with changing start/end times.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods; lift, push, and/or pull heavy objects up to 50 lbs; and perform repetitive movements such as bending, squatting, leaning, and kneeling.
- Fast-paced, task-oriented role focused on completing assigned work within set timeframes without compromising quality and presentation standards.
- This role involves traveling to multiple properties. Reliable transportation to and between properties is required.
- The nature of the business and a fast-paced environment align with peak seasons, requiring flexibility during holidays and weekends.
- Cleaning professionals work independently or in small teams, ensuring our properties meet the company’s highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Previous cleaning experience.
